The Vendor is required to provide photography packages for participants of city-sponsored youth sporting events at both the pepper recreation center and memorial gymnasium.
- Sports to include, but not limited to: baseball, softball, football, cheerleading, and basketball.
- Photographs required will include action shots, as well as individual, team, and championship photos.
- Work requirements
• Proposals shall be made as a percentage of total gross sales to be paid to the city with the minimum acceptable percentage being ten percent (10%).
• Appreciation items to be provided upon request with the cost deducted from the amount due to the city.
• Items may include sponsorship plaques, poster-size action prints for facility display, etc. each appreciation item must be provided in multiples of two for each facility; that is, two of each for pepper and two of each for gym.
• One (1) free team photo for each coach pictured in the team photo.
• Include size of photo in your proposal.
• Free 5x7 championship photo to be provided to city staff for the league champion in each age group and the city champion in each age group.
• Guaranteed maximum of two (2) week “turn around” time to mail photos to the home of each player.
