Strategic Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic consultant evaluates the effectiveness of our grant program.
- Required to hire an external consultant to conduct an evaluation of the progress on our current library services and technology act (LSTA) five year plan for 2023-2027.
- Consultant will be required to perform three services; 1) assist in determining the plan for evaluation; 2) conduct the final evaluation; and 3) prepare the final report (approximately 30 pages) for submission to the institute.
