The Vendor is required to provide strategic plan renewal facilitation services for objectives:
• Facilitating a collaborative planning process involving faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners.
• Identify opportunities from our last plan and find alignment with the new university strategic plan.
• Revising or redefining strategic priorities for the next planning period.
• Ensuring transparency and accountability, including alignment with campus dashboards, assessment mechanisms, and accreditation expectations.
• Producing a renewed strategic plan that is actionable, measurable, and achievable.
- Requirement:
1. Discovery and assessment
• Review the current university strategic plan (2022–2027) and relevant campus frameworks.
• Review the newly implemented university strategic plan
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data reviews.
• Synthesize findings into an assessment report highlighting strengths, gaps, and emerging opportunities.
2. Facilitation of planning activities
• Design and facilitate a 9-month sequence of meetings, workshops, and retreats.
• Guide the steering committee and working groups in visioning, priority refinement, and decision making.
• Ensure inclusive engagement of diverse campus and community stakeholders.
3. Drafting and refining strategic content
• Collaborate with campus leadership to develop revised goals, strategies, and metrics.
• Provide drafts for iterative review by campus constituents.
• Integrate feedback from governance bodies.
