Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide photography services for include:
- Photographs to be taken
•    Head shots of student-athletes, coaches and athletics staff
•    Team photos
•    Game day action photos
•    Practice action photos
•    Media days
•    Special events.
- Contractor requirements
•    Ability to shoot high resolution quality digital images
•    Must be available throughout the year and maintain a flexible schedule to take required photographs
•    Required to attend the following events
•    Contractor will be required to attend them):
o    All home football games (normally 6-8), including the spring scrimmage 
o    90% of home women’s regular season basketball games and all home post season games. 
o    90% of home regular season soccer matches and all home post season matches. 
o    50% of home regular season softball games and all home post season games. 
o    90% of home regular season track meets and all home post season meets. 
o    50% of home regular season women’s wrestling meets and all home post season meets.
o    For swimming, tennis and golf, discuss with communications staff.
•    Ability to provide 5-10 photos cropped for web sized (1600px x 900px) at halftime.
•    The balance of photos need to be placed in a download link or hard drive.
