Habitat Conservation Plan Media Outreach and Newsletter Services

The Vendor is required to provide for Habitat Conservation Plan Media, Outreach, and Newsletter Communications agency.
- Video and Other Media Content
•    Collaboratively work with agency staff to provide videography and miscellaneous media content work as needed. 
•    This work could include capturing footage for video content, a video presentation of still photos, recording of narration for the videos, video interview recording, music acquisition, lighting, writing, and video editing. 
•    This will include reimbursement for production-related expenses such as equipment rental, if needed. 
•    A maximum of four (4) video productions of ten (10) minutes or less per production will be included. 
•    The timing of the videos will occur as warranted.
- ASR and VISPO Outreach
•    The Successful Offeror will attend stakeholder meetings, as necessary, to stay current on agency Spring flow Protection Programs including Aquifer Storage Recovery (ASR) and Voluntary Irrigation Suspension Program Option (VISPO) details and activities.
•    Through monthly coordination with ASR and VISPO program agency staff, the Successful Offeror will assist in identifying opportunities to enhance participation in both programs through hardcopy, mailed newsletters.
•    Attend up to four regional lunch meetings designed to give agency permit holders the opportunity for face-to-face interaction with ASR Leasing and VISPO program managers.
•    Responsible for developing content for promotional materials for each scheduled regional lunch meetings (i.e. postcards, text, photographs, etc.)
•    Develop and publish six (6) agency Conserve Newsletter hardcopy newsletters containing stories and photos related to ASR and VISPO programs and progress. 
•    Responsible for story development, writing, photography, design, coordination with agency staff and publishing each issue of the newsletter. The agency will be responsible for printing and distributing these hardcopy newsletters.
