The Vendor is required to provide annual giving operations and campaign implementation services to university.
- Provide the implementation and operationalization of annual giving activities through improved workflows, campaign processes, segmentation practices, stewardship structures, and performance reporting.
- Work with University staff to strengthen annual giving execution and establish sustainable operational practices that support donor acquisition, retention, engagement, and growth.

• Review current annual giving operations, campaign processes, segmentation practices, stewardship activity, and related reporting structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow consistency, audience segmentation, campaign execution, attribution tracking, and performance measurement.
• Develop and implement annual giving workflows across relevant channels, including digital outreach, solicitations, giving day efforts, and related campaign activity.
• Support the refinement or implementation of donor segmentation structures and contact strategies that align with annual giving goals.
• Assist in the development of stewardship and engagement workflows that support retention, upgrade, and ongoing donor communication.
• Develop or refine annual giving KPI frameworks, reporting outputs, and testing/measurement practices.
• Create documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation support necessary to help University staff sustain and execute the work beyond the engagement period
