The Vendor is required to provide k-12 photography services include, but are not limited to, photography for student portraits, graduation, groups and events, yearbook, faculty and staff, and ID cards.
- Materials and samples
• The brand of photo paper to be used must be indicated in the proposal.
• The cropping of all photos must be uniform.
• Head sizes must be uniform.
• The gloss prints of finished work must match background densities.
• The lighting of the background and poses must be uniformed.
- Portrait services – senior
• Responsible for communications between seniors and their parents, with detailed picture information including studio locations and times.
• The studio must offer a variety of sets with approximately 15 shots per sitting.
• Free sitting for retakes if needed.
• Shall be willing to shoot senior pictures on campus if necessary.
• Shall be able to provide an excel spreadsheet with data on disk as well as a hard copy to preview the names and check for spelling errors.
• Shall be able to provide free yearbook pictures and allow opportunities for retakes.
- Portrait services - elementary and junior high
• Provide two (2) color pages with name and id under the picture of each student for office and yearbook use.
• Provide student ID cards that are bar-coded and able to add additional information like bus routes within five (5) days of picture day.
• Provide color portraits strips of five (5) photos with at least one adhesive strip on the back.
• Size at least 1 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch with student name.
- Team and individual sports photos
• Set up club photos with the yearbook and site advisor.
• Photos to the yearbook via digital format
• Shall consult with yearbook and site staff on picture composition, quantity and size.
• All pictures must be delivered within three to four weeks after photography services are performed.
- Senior panoramic photo
• Must set up the senior panoramic photo with the yearbook advisor.
• Submit photos to the yearbook via digital format.
• Shall consult with yearbook and site staff on picture composition, quantity and size.
• Responsible for reviewing the proof for any inappropriate gestures before printing.
• All pictures must be delivered within three to four weeks after photography services are performed.
