Marketing Grain Bus Tour Services

The Vendor is required to provide marketing grain bus transportation and driver for a maximum of 50 people for the 2026 state grain industry tour- october-5-8, 2026.
- Requirement:
• Include the cost of motor coach transportation that should be available to the group the entire time of the trip in compliance with industry, state and federal regulated policies.
• Motor coach should have seats for a maximum of fifty (50) people, working microphone system, restroom on board with ample supplies for the duration of the trip (i.e.: toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.) And the vehicle shall be no more than two (2) years old.
• The vehicle should have luggage storage for at least thirty (30) people, working electrical access at each seat and WI-FI connectivity.
• Driver must have experience in driving in unfamiliar terrain and different types of traffic.
