Photography and Yearbook Services

The Vendor is required to provide photography and yearbook services for schools obtaining the highest quality photography services and products for agency students at the best price.
- Service requirements
• Represents that it is a duly organized and licensed entity that employs qualified and experienced personnel who specialize in providing the photography services required hereunder.
• Carefully screened its employees and determined that they are persons of high professional and moral character and fully suitable to work with students.
• All photos will be shot with state-of-the-art professional quality photographic equipment.
• All portraits will be photographed by highly trained professional photographers who have the desire to present the student with an outstanding portrait.
• Enough cameras and photographers to allow completion of photographs within a time period deemed acceptable by each principal
• The quality of all photos will be superior, will meet all yearbook publication requirements (uniform sizing and cropping, pose, head size, background color and attire) and will be deemed satisfactory to students, parents and publication staff and advisors.
• Providing significant logistical services such as space, utilities, photo session scheduling, bookkeeping, etc., each school receives a commission from photographers.
- Senior portraits and yearbook
• Photograph all seniors for the yearbook providing students with an expanded sitting option that allows a variety of backgrounds and pose options.
• Include one standard sitting pose for the yearbook at no charge.
• Provide tuxedos, drapes, caps and gowns at no charge.
• Photography packages and prices as a part of their proposals.
• Mailing list of all seniors to be photographed for the yearbook.
• Schools with sftp, cds, and other formats of electronic images for the yearbook as requested by the schools, with the option to also receive actual prints.
• Images will be formatted for the yearbook printing company with whom the school contracts with.
• Each yearbook staff with two digital cameras each school year, if desired by the school.
- Panoramic senior class picture
• Take a panoramic picture of the senior class.
• Time, date, and location of picture to be determined by the principal and provided to the vendors at least thirty (30) days prior to the date.
• Mail proofs to the principal within one week.
• Mail pictures directly to students within four (4) weeks after notification by principal that proof is acceptable.
• Photography packages and prices as a part of their proposals.
• A signed copy of the pricing schedule must be submitted with this information.
• Principal and yearbook sponsor with one 12" x 24" picture at no charge.
- Senior graduation pictures
• Take photographs of seniors at graduation ceremony.
• Must have a representative present for at least one rehearsal.
• Mail proofs and photographs directly to students within two (2) weeks of graduation date.
• Photographer(s) must be appropriately dressed to reflect the occasion.
