The Vendor is required to provide for tracking, monitoring, and outreach services.
- Implementation, enforcement and/or monitoring of rules to address community and Youth safety concerns and probation requirements.
- Addressing delinquency risk factors as directed by the office, including, but not limited to violent behavior, anti-social attitudes, lack of compliance with rules, oppositional behavior, mental health concerns and substance abuse.
- Providing assistance to Youth in exploring and engaging in protective activities.
- Coaching appropriate family functioning as well as being available for crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
- Assistance to families in accessing resources to address ongoing needs.
- Drug and alcohol testing at office discretion, with available laboratory confirmation.
- Transportation to help Youth and families with activities related to reducing delinquency risk factors as identified and approved by office.
- Tracking school attendance and progress, daily communications, substance use, family stability and parental involvement with services being offered as requested by the office.
- Maintaining client case files with all appropriate documentation.
- Absence of founded, confirmed, or registered child abuse history.
- A four-year college or university degree or two years of college education if the employee also has the equivalent of at least one year of full-time employment working with at risk Youth.
- Document ongoing annual background checks on program staff to confirm criminal history and child abuse registry status.
