Drone Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide aerial drone photography and video services to within and around the area and surrounding parks.
- This assignment is to create a consistent visual record of the area over time through repeat aerial photography and videography.
- Materials received will be used internally by the City for monitoring, coordination, and documentation purposes.
- Services shall include, but not be limited to:
• Pre-scheduled drone flights once a week during the noted period
• Ability to respond to additional requests on an as and when required basis with reasonable availability, reasonable being same day with a slight time delay, and quick turnaround;
• Collection of repeat aerial imagery from consistent locations and angles throughout the duration of the project to support a timelapse-style comparison of site progress
- Photography Requirements
• One (1) large overview image capturing the broader project area (Fig 1)
• Minimum of four (4) photographs and one video per focused area in high resolution (Fig 2,3,4)
• Repeat photography from consistent camera positions, heights, and viewing angles where feasible.
• Additional close-up images documenting individual areas and site activities.
• Photography captured during regular work hours and while construction or site work is actively occurring.
• Flights are not required on weekends or outside of active work periods unless specifically requested.
