- Requirement:

• Material handout: conduct targeted distribution of printed materials (e.g., brochures, magnets, informational sheets) at key locations, high-traffic areas, or door-to-door, as directed by the city.
- Event support and community engagement
1. On-site event staffing:
• Directing attendees and managing queues.
• Staffing information booths and distributing materials.
• Survey administration and gathering public feedback.
2. Ambassadorial duties:
• Act as official city representatives, maintaining professional and courteous conduct toward all residents and personnel encountered during the project.
3. Reporting and coordination
• Daily work logs: provide daily work logs to the designated city department, detailing locations visited, materials distributed, hours worked, and specific tasks performed.
• Coordination: coordinate directly with the designated city staff for scheduling, material pickup, event access, and project timelines to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth process.
• Progress updates: communicate work stoppages or any issues immediately to the city contact.
