Advertising, Publications, and Printing Services

The Vendor is required to provide a qualified newspaper.
- A qualified newspaper is one that
• Is published within the County from a known office of publication;
• Bears dates of issue and is numbered consecutively;
• Is regularly issued for the dissemination of news of a general and public character at stated short intervals of time (daily, weekly, etc.);
• Is not designated primarily for advertising, free circulation, or circulation at nominal rates;
• Has a bona fide list of paying subscribers
