The Vendor is required to provide for informational campaign support.
- Companies who can assist the District in their efforts to engage and solicit meaningful feedback from a large cross section of the community regarding a 30 year facility and infrastructure plan.
- As identified through comprehensive facilities studies and analysis including community input over the last several years, the Facility Master Plan (FMP) will address critical items, undertake major renovations/additions, and new construction in alignment with a potential funding model and enhanced learning environments for all students.
- Services include:
• Understanding campaign laws and reporting restrictions created by the district for a ballot proposal.
• Timeline- a complete timeline that includes a breakdown for each phase of the informational campaign.
• Community engagement strategies to inform and solicit feedback regarding the ballot proposal.
• Communication plans to engage and inform staff, students, parents, businesses, community groups and other community members that are not part of the standard school community.
• Creative and innovative methods for sharing ballot proposal information related to the facility master plan.
• Demonstrate knowledge, use, and analysis of social media platforms as an effective communications tool as part of an informational campaign
• Detailed analysis of voter information and how to use that information to strategically reach a variety of different audiences.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to the board of education.
• Costs- a total cost for the project that includes a detailed breakdown of cost associated with running and sustaining a five (5) month informational campaign. Items to be included but not limited to:
o direct mailing cost
o printing of materials (include items such as informational handouts, mailers, poster displays, forms, signs, other)
o website updates
o monitoring of all social and other electronic communication platforms
o informational ads placed in traditional media outlets
o miscellaneous materials or supplies needed to support the campaign
o labor costs
• Ability to create presentations that are visually appealing and provide information that is easy to understand by the general public
• Ability to create digital graphics and short video animations
• Ability to create print material including artist rendering of future projects
• Ability to translate materials to other languages specifically Spanish and Arabic.
