- Strategy, Planning & Program Support
• Covers forward-looking, coordination, and performance-related work. This includes seasonal planning, message development, market research, and identifying improvements based on past activities. It also encompasses creating communication frameworks, supporting Agencies with toolkits and guidance, participating in trainings, maintaining client communication, and providing technical assistance. Reporting and analytics are included as well, as they inform strategy through tracking performance, identifying trends, and shaping future program decisions.
- Communications Execution & Outreach
• Focuses on implementing communications to drive awareness and engagement. This includes earned media outreach (proactive pitching, media relations, and inquiry response), development of media materials and spokesperson resources, and content PR efforts such as seasonal messaging, social media guidance, and content creation support for Agencies.
- Content PR:
• Develop and implement comprehensive, seasonally relevant content themes that align with overarching heap messaging and communication goals.
• Provide clear, message-driven guidance to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all communications.
• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance a suite of resources—including toolkits, templates, and step-by step guides—to support Agencies in executing cohesive and high-quality outreach efforts.
• Offer strategic direction for social media, including content planning, messaging recommendations, and best practices, to help Agencies strengthen their digital presence and engage target audiences effectively.
