The Vendor is required to provide production management services and expertise to ensure enjoyment of the events and activities through audio/visual experience using equipment and services to broadcast the games to the crowd on the Town.
- The Town seeks two (2) outdoor LED jumbotrons along with a distributed speaker system to allow for audio connection across the 2.5 acre lawn.
- The audio/visual systems will be in use from June 16, 2026 through June 26, 2026 and will be taken down afterwards.
- Event Details and Requirements:
• Vendor may set-up equipment on Monday, June 15, 2026, starting at 5:00 am.
• Vendor set-up must be completed by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
• Both video and sound must be provided at the following locations.
• Two (2) large exterior video screens with sound capabilities to be placed at the location noted. Screen must be large enough to accommodate the anticipated crowds in those viewing areas.
• The town will make the final determination on size acceptability.
• Multiple speakers that can be connected in order to provide audio coverage for 2.5 acres of land.
• Equipment necessary to provide power to power audio and jumbotrons viewing area.
• Necessary equipment to provide cover and protection to jumbotrons and sound systems during inclement weather.
