The Vendor is required to provide marketing and communications team, in collaboration with various division teams, is seeking experienced freelance video production and editing partners.
- Scale our production of high-quality marketing videos and social media reels that tell the unique stories of our nine divisions.
- Requirements:
• Program-specific videos: production of videos, 3–8 minutes in length.
• Interviews and on-site filming to capture the essence of specific projects.
• Social media content: production of up to short-form videos (30–60 seconds) optimized for social media, either derived from the longer pieces or targeted at specific events and workshops.
• Long-form content: potential production of comprehensive videos (20–30 minutes) featuring professional chaptering for educational or archival use.
• Event coverage: comprehensive filming of live event programming for archival purposes.
• Expected to provide continuous, start-to-finish recording of key sessions, presentations, or speeches (e.g., keynote addresses, public remarks).
• This includes ensuring clear, high-fidelity audio capture of speakers and stable, high-definition video documentation.
• Post-production and editing (client-provided footage): the contractor shall provide post-production and editing services for raw footage and audio provided by the client.
• Responsible for the full post-production workflow, including media organization, creative narrative structuring, color grading, audio enhancement, and final export to meet specified technical standards.
• Provide (13) 2–3-minute videos and (13) 30 second social clips created from the longer videos annually and (5) 7-minute longer pieces.
• Post production work: 3 to 5 "edit only" projects per year where CCE hands footage to contractor to edit, not end-to-end production work.
