The Vendor is required to provide the paddock videoboard system, including all associated public works services necessary for complete and operational installation for use at the fair
- Provide a complete, turnkey replacement of the existing videoboard system, including but not limited to design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and all associated labor, materials, equipment, software, and services necessary to ensure a fully operational system.
- Responsible for ensuring the new videoboard is fully compatible with site infrastructure and control systems, and shall include all components required for safe, reliable, and continuous operation in an outdoor environment.
- Complete replacement of all video hardware components associated with the Paddock boards, this includes display panels/modules, video processors, controllers, cabling (excluding fiber optic cabling), converter, and all related supporting infrastructure required for full system functionality.
- Media content management system (CMS) compatible with the videoboard – including Primary and Backup System.
- Contractor shall provide a minimum of two (2) days of on-site training for District staff covering system operation, basic troubleshooting, content management, and safety procedures.
- All software and firmware updates required for system operation, security, and performance shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional subscription or recurring fee.
- Minimum one (1) year on-site labor warranty covering installation-related defects, system failures, and corrective maintenance.
- Annual on-site system inspection and preventive maintenance, including diagnostics, calibration, cleaning, firmware updates, and system optimization (minimum once per year during warranty period)
- Provide remote technical support with a response time within two (2) hours and on-site response within twenty-four (24) hours for critical system failures.
- Removal and proper disposal of the existing videoboard components (Public Works)
- System Integration with existing systems, as applicable. (Public Works)
