The Vendor is required to provide for media buying at the airport.
- Execute high-impact media campaigns focused on three core pillars:
• Passenger growth: driving leisure and business travel portal and airline booking sites.
• Workforce recruitment: promoting the portal to connect job seekers with the 70+ employers within the agency campus.
• Brand awareness: Strengthening agency presence both within and outside the Greater Cincinnati designated market area.
- Omni channel Buying & Execution: Manage all research, negotiations, placement optimization, and trafficking.
• Radio: Terrestrial and Streaming audio.
• Digital: Display, Social, Search, and Programmatic Video.
- Campaign Strategy & Flight Planning: Develop and execute structured, multi-month media plans (such as 3-month strategic cycles) detailing budget allocations, audience targets, flight schedules, and performance benchmarks.
- Account Management: Assign a dedicated account manager to serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day coordination, campaign timelines, and status meetings.
- Real-Time Optimization & Analytics: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, frequency, impressions, CTR, conversions). Provide routine, data-driven strategy adjustments and maintain exhaustive documentation (contracts, invoices, proof of performance).
