The Vendor is required to provide enrollment yield enhancement and retention outreach services for include:
- Partner with the institution to develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns aimed at increasing institutional yield and overall enrollment.
- Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Strategic ad placements (digital and print)
• Direct outreach via phone calls, text messages, and emails
• Development of segmented communication plans for prospective and current students
• Timely follow-up with inquiries, applicants, and admitted students to encourage enrollment and persistence
- Campaigns should be data-informed, scalable, and aligned with institutional enrollment goals.
- Higher education enrollment marketing and provide metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment
- The solution must:
• Generate enrollment yield from leads provided by the college
• Visualizations related to conversion of leads
• Anticipated ROI to the college and track progress towards break even or positive ROI on a week-to-week basis
• Run ad hoc campaigns as needed to support institutional enrollment strategies.
