Strategic Planning Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic planning consulting services for the development of the commission’s 2027-2032 strategic plan.
- Services shall be completed within six to seven (6-7) months of the work order’s execution.
- Strategic plan development and presentation of results
1. Analyze data
• The consultant will analyze the data and results collected and create a report based on the input and at the direction of the commission that includes a proposed draft of the strategic plan and proposed next steps for executing the strategic plan.
• Due date shall be based on the project strategy.
2. Presentation of the strategic plan
• After consultation with the project team, the consultant will summarize feedback received from commissioners and stakeholders, as well as information derived from the review of relevant reports and ongoing county efforts.
• The consultant will deliver a draft of the strategic plan for commission review and consideration prior to presenting it at the commission’s regularly scheduled meeting for discussion.
• After the draft is approved by the commission, the consultant will deliver the final strategic plan to the commission and should include a report on the key takeaways during the commission’s regularly scheduled meeting.
