The Vendor is required to provide radio advertising services for include:
- Podcast advertising services:
• Proposal to produce monthly long form audio spotlight content that by via geo targeting specific stations, engages veterans, and military affiliated populations which translates to student enrollment growth.
- Reporting and adjustments requirements:
• Obtain prior approval from university for media placement with a variance of 10% or more from the media estimate and plan or within the plan estimate as outlined in the deliverables and time periods specified above
• Reconciliation documentation and post-deployment analysis for each radio broadcast and podcast services with each invoice.
• Reconciliation documentation shall itemize the monthly charges paid by university.
- Radio advertising:
• Custom content tailored to veterans, airing across the vendor’s network and affiliates, designed to help university build its brand and increase awareness among military affiliated prospective students.
• All production, scheduling and copy services.
- Podcast services:
• Custom audio long form content tailored to veterans and military affiliated airing on geo targeted podcast stations in vendor’s network designed to help university increase awareness among veterans and military affiliated populations which leads to enrollment growth
• All production, scheduling and copy services.
• Target veteran, and military affiliated profiles to deliver across vendors podcast network
- Reconciling media and invoicing
• Ensure all media has run as scheduled, billing in arrears for the given media placements, providing back-up information (vendor invoices, reports, etc.) by placement that confirms the invoiced media totals.
