The Vendor is required to provide for comprehensive job advertising services designed to connect university with top talent efficiently and effectively, while also meeting compliance requirements.
- Recruitment needs continue to evolve, we are seeking a strategic partnership with an advertising solutions provider that understands the unique hiring challenges of a large state-funded public university in a rural setting, while also offering measurable outcomes and actionable insights.
- Provider will place ads on all free and standard sites at no additional cost.
- Provider will identify and recommend optimal advertising platforms and unbiased ad placement strategies to ensure effective, targeted outreach and measurable recruitment results. Provider will only execute based on county authorized activity.
- Provider will manage subscriptions and assist with negotiating rates with major advertising vendors and consolidating invoices (when possible), thereby simplifying the number of payments that need to be made.
