• Media relations and press outreach — comprehensive PR and marketing plans; press releases, media advisories, op-eds, and feature stories; securing editorial coverage across local, national, and international outlets; press previews and influencer engagement.
• Event media promotion and support — pre- and post-event media outreach; on-site press support; county art week activation.
• Storytelling and audience engagement — narrative-driven content connecting exhibitions to current cultural conversations; digital content strategy; amplification of institutional legacy.
• Digital and social media integration — social media content recommendations; influencer partnerships; coordination with institutional digital teams.
• Reporting and evaluation — monthly coverage reports; quarterly strategic reviews; post-campaign evaluations with documented KPIs.
- Media Relations and Press Outreach
• Provide comprehensive PR and marketing plans (including digital) for overall engagement and individual exhibition priorities.
• Provide strategic planning and counsel on all key initiatives via monthly calls with the agency principal.
• Draft, distribute, and pitch press releases, media advisories, op-eds, and feature stories.
• Secure editorial coverage in print, broadcast, and digital outlets.
• Coordinate press previews, interviews, and influencer engagement

• Publicize unique institutional characteristics, significant milestones, select exhibitions, performances, and high-profile public programs.
• Manage event-specific media outreach (pre- and post-event), including county Art Week activation.
• Provide on-site press support for key events.
