- Requirement:
• Create and execute engaging branding and marketing campaigns that drive monthly admissions sales 5% annually.
• Marketing strategies that increase the sale of special event tickets and private parties 5% annually.
• Memberships by 5% annually.
• Measurable increased brand recognition across the region through digital reach, media impressions, and community engagement metrics.
• Growth in website traffic, social media followers, engagement rates, email subscribers, and online conversion rates (ticket sales, membership sales and donations)
• Stronger community engagement in zoo education programs, local partnerships, volunteerism and public outreach initiatives.
• Consistent, creative and data-driven campaigns that align with the zoo’s mission and seasonal priorities.
• Support conservation messaging with clear communication that elevates awareness of conservation programs and other activities.
• Promote enhanced visitor experiences by promoting new exhibits, events, amenities and new attractions to improve guest satisfaction.
• Regular analytic reports with insights and recommendations that guide ongoing strategy.
