- Yearbook requirements:
• Four-color process lithographic covers
• Full-color or comprehensive cover mock-up proofs
• Plastic or comprehensive mock-up proofs
• Printing on the spine of the book
• Shipping of proofs, pages, and finished books
• Art charges must be quoted in advance and itemized on all invoices
• End sheets must be a minimum of 65 lb. paper stock, with one solid color included at no charge
• Binding board must have a minimum weight of 120 pt.
• Schools must be offered a choice of enamel or matte 80 lb. PAPER at no additional cost
- Photography requirements:
• Student portraits (individual and class/group photos as applicable)
• Coverage of school events, extracurricular activities, and athletics as requested by each campus
• Staff and faculty portraits
• Senior portraits and special session photography (as required by high schools)
• All photography must be performed by employees of the awarded vendor; subcontracting is not permitted
• Digital images must be provided in high-resolution format suitable for yearbook production
• Schools must be granted access to an online image library or portal for selecting and downloading images
• Retakes for student portraits must be offered at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe
• Clear pricing for optional photography packages (e.g., student purchase packages) must be provided to students and parents
• All photography services must comply with district policies regarding student privacy and image use.
