The Vendor is required to provide student marketing services to develop the marketing campaign, and implement the media placement.
- Creative steps necessary to successfully create and manage this campaign, these shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Concepts, design, messaging and production for multi-media tactics such as television, radio, outdoor, digital, social, etc.
• Media planning and recommendations
• Media buying and placement
• Post buy analysis
• Mentoring and advising as needed.
