The Vendor is required to provide full-service marketing partner with exceptional creative, strategic, and media buying capabilities to develop and execute a national awareness and recruitment campaign for programs in quantum computing and artificial intelligence.
- Requirement:
• Discovery and strategic fact-finding, including interviews with college of engineering and computing faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of university's quantum computing and artificial intelligence programs.
• Audience research and insights to identify and understand prospective students, parents, influencers, and other key audiences.
• Social listening and sentiment analysis to inform thoughtful guidance on marketing AI amidst the current job market and social landscape.
• Identification and articulation of key program differentiators, value propositions, student outcomes, and messaging themes.
• Messaging strategy and campaign positioning recommendations.
• Creative concept development, including innovative and attention-grabbing approaches to communicating complex academic programs.
• Creative deliverables that maintain the integrity and credibility of the university brand while introducing fresh thinking, innovative approaches, and emerging opportunities that advance the initiative.
• Development of digital advertising assets and content for a variety of platforms and formats.
• Recommendations for emerging media opportunities, technologies, channels, and creative executions that can effectively engage target audiences.
• Media planning and buying across appropriate channels, including but not limited to social media, digital display, video, streaming audio, connected TV, search, and other relevant platforms.
• Campaign implementation, optimization, and management.
• Performance tracking, analytics, and reporting, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Strategic consultation and collaboration with university stakeholders throughout the campaign.
