1. Pre-production services
• Coordination meetings with agency representatives
• Development of production schedule and filming plan
• Identification of key interview subjects and event activities
• Production logistics and crew planning
2. Production services
• Multi-day event filming
• Coverage of keynote presentations, workshops, and sessions
• Interviews with speakers, organizers, participants, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Event activities and community engagement coverage
• B-roll footage capturing venue, attendees, activities, and related visuals
• Cinematic storytelling footage suitable for documentary and promotional use
• Audio recording of interviews and selected presentations
• On-site media management and backup of footage
• Production coordination throughout the event
3. Post-production services
• Organization and backup of all recorded media
• Basic editing and color correction (if requested)
• Audio enhancement and synchronization
• Delivery of digital footage and completed video products
• Preparation of final deliverables in agency-approved formats.
