The Vendor is required to provide photography and videography services for include:
• Must be able to capture, edit, and produce digital photos and videos, upon request at properties and various events within the area that will be scheduled throughout the year.
• Deliver high-resolution images and videos to authority in a timely fashion as agreed upon with authority executive department in advance of an assignment.
• Videos would be planned, shot, and delivered on a mutually agreeable schedule and in a mutually agreed upon style to be discussed in advance of an assignment.
• Meetings may be requested by the authority executive department staff by phone, virtual platform or in-person in advance of an assignment to plan, discuss project details, discuss a shot list, and determine a production schedule and final deliverables.
• All necessary photography, video, sound recording and lighting equipment for shoots.
• Will shoot photos and videos in formats suitable for viewing on YouTube, Vimeo, websites, and other digital platforms and suitable for projecting on a screen during in person events.
• Editing and post-production work needed to deliver a final product to authority within an agreed upon timeframe, including ability to incorporate authority logos and basic graphics into video.
• Securing music usage rights as needed and informing authority of the proper use.
• Sharing digital photo and video files with authority.
• Providing authority rights to reuse and print photos and video files, including raw footage, for future projects at no additional fee.
