The Vendor is required to provide advertising services in support of district communications, student recruitment, and promotional campaigns.
- Services may include traditional and digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to radio, television, streaming/OTT, outdoor, print, social media, websites, and other digital advertising opportunities.
- For digital advertising, vendors should have the ability to provide programmatic advertising, audience targeting, access to first- and third-party data, and reporting on campaign performance, including reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Camera-ready artwork and finished video for most campaigns.
- May be asked to provide in-house audio talent or related production support when needed.
- Clearly identify services offered, available advertising platforms, targeting capabilities, and associated pricing.
- All advertising placements, creative, and services must receive final written approval from district prior to release or publication.
