Promotional Items

The Vendor is required to provide high-quality promotional items and materials that support the College’s branding, engagement, recruitment, and community outreach efforts.
- Establishes a more uniform, transparent, and brand-compliant process for the selection and purchase of promotional marketing items, with the goal of strengthening brand consistency, product quality, and the college’s visibility across state and beyond.
- These items will be used College wide by departments, student groups, and agency-affiliated organizations for adult and youth programs.
- Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term and will be mailed or delivered directly to the requesting College department or group.

• Apparel (T-shirts, polos, button-down shirts, cardigans, outerwear, athletic wear, hats, ties, lapel pins, socks)
• Auto accessories (key tags, key lights, flashlights, ice scrapers, sunshades, in-car first-aid kits, license plate frames)
• Awards (trophies, plaques, paper weights, lapel pins, certificate covers)
• Bags (totes, backpacks, drawstrings, gift bags, shopping bags, coolers)
• Computer/phone accessories (mouse pads, Bluetooth/wireless speakers, power banks, earbuds)
• Drinkware (coffee cups, travel mugs, plastic cups, water bottles, coasters)
• Events (table covers, tabletop displays, floor displays, table tents, draping, balloons)
• Office accessories (pens, pencils, highlighters, magnetic clips, memo pads, notepads, sticky notes, accessory organizers, padfolios, journals, lanyards, badge holders, USB flash drives)
• Outdoor and sporting (pennants, yoga mats, beach balls, beach towels, frisbees/disc golf, stadium blankets, umbrellas, bicycle accessories, hand fans, weather ponchos, dog collars/leashes)
• Wellness/safety (first-aid kits, hand sanitizers, lip balm, sunscreen, sun glasses, pedometers, buttons)
• Miscellaneous novelty items (stickers, decals, challenge coins, key holders, magnets, “manipulatives” such as stress balls, fidget spinners and pop-its).
