The Vendor is required to provide high-quality promotional items and materials that support the College’s branding, engagement, recruitment, and community outreach efforts.
- Establishes a more uniform, transparent, and brand-compliant process for the selection and purchase of promotional marketing items, with the goal of strengthening brand consistency, product quality, and the college’s visibility across state and beyond.
- These items will be used College wide by departments, student groups, and agency-affiliated organizations for adult and youth programs.
- Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term and will be mailed or delivered directly to the requesting College department or group.
