Executive Photography and Related Services

The Vendor is required to provide to procure professional photography services to capture executive-level headshots and environmental/lifestyle imagery for internal and external communications purposes.
- Provide a photographer specializing in corporate and executive portraiture, along with any necessary supporting services, including light hair and makeup support, wardrobe guidance, and post-production editing.
- Provide a narrative describing its approach, including:
• Creative direction, visual style, and approach to executive portraiture
• On-site workflow and coordination plan
• Post-production and editing process
• Contingency planning for schedule changes.
- Each participant shall be photographed in up to two (2) wardrobe looks, 3 appropriate for executive-level portraiture. Participants will provide their own attire.
- Professional photographer with on-site direction and posing guidance
- The photography session shall include the capture of both professional headshot portraits and half and full-body portraits of each participant.
- Light wardrobe styling support to supplement subject-provided attire.
