Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide production services completed in the county are typically funded through the show promoters.
- Production company to perform all professional services needed, including, but not limited to:
• Prepare plot on a cad software design per the rider requirements, when needed.
• Sound, lights, backline, audio and video to meet and exceeded artist and venue requirements within the budget perimeters provided by the venue.
• Trained and certified technicians to operate equipment.
• Provide professional insight on stage plots and rig plots
• Vendor(s) must have a strong understanding of cable management, power distribution, and rigging standards.
• Participate and assist with advance calls
• Prepare cost estimates to meet the outlined rider needs. Itemized breakdown per expense and labor.
• Assist with preparing a rig plot and stage plot, when needed, based on outlined budget perimeters
• Vendor(s) must remain in compliance with all safety codes.
