The Vendor is required to provide digital media placement services for a campaign to promote cancer screening, follow up for treatment and awareness of lung, breast, colorectal and prostate cancers.
- Digital media plan development
• Using existing assets, the contractor shall develop a digital media plan to promote awareness of screening and follow-up for lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.
• The plan will include media type, timing, and projected reach and impressions.
• The media plan should focus on achieving the greatest possible reach for state adults at risk for lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.
• Provide data analytics to the contractor to inform the final media plan.
• Placements that achieve the greatest reach and impressions for the target populations.
• In the digital media plan, the contractor may suggest opportunities for earned media, such as news coverage, press releases, press conferences, and public service announcements.
• The final digital media plan will be due to the contract monitor two (2) weeks after the kick-off-meeting or five (5) business days prior to the media placement, whichever comes first.
- Media placement
• Final determination of digital media buys and placement schedules will be made in coordination with the contract monitor.
• Placement schedules shall be finalized with approval from the contract monitor at least two weeks prior to placement of any digital media.
• Place media messages in identified digital media channels.
• Ensure all digital media continues to run in accordance with the predetermined schedule.
• Media buys shall be “at cost,” that is, the amount charged shall equal only the amount that is charged for the media buy without any commission, fees, or other charges.
• All digital media is published according to any contracts or placement instructions.
• Proof of placement for all digital media placements on an ongoing basis.
