The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive marketing services for agency and one of its key assets, magnetic technologies.
- The intention is to strategically raise the profile of the MagLab and agency and promote both brands locally, nationally, and internationally, where applicable.
- Asked with improving brand recognition, fostering community awareness, targeted industry marketing, and promoting agency as the Magnetics Capital of world through a multimedia strategy
- Brand Strategy and Positioning
o Conduct market research, including stakeholder interviews and audience analysis to understand key audiences, perceptions, and opportunities to increase awareness of agency magnetics ecosystem.
o Develop a unified marketing and branding strategy for agency as the magnetics capital of the world.
o Create brand positioning recommendations for both agency and agency that align with the region’s community, economic development, and educational assets to support and grow agency magnetics industry cluster.
- Advertising & Creative Services
o Provide creative services, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting for advertising campaigns.
o Produce and design print and digital ads, banners, and other collateral that communicate key messages for both entities.
o Deliverables may include but are not limited to:
o One (1) campaign creative concept;
o Ten (10) graphic design deliverables;
o One (1) promotional video of approximately 60-120 seconds to be used on websites, social media, presentations, and digital marketing channels;
o Supporting digital and print advertising materials as required for approved campaigns.
- Multimedia Marketing and Media Buys
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy (including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media campaign(s) that highlights the vibrancy of city and the academic excellence of agency, as it relates to the MabLab.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive print and outdoor media strategy (including but not limited to newspapers, billboards, airport signage, etc.).
• Develop and implement strategic campaigns tailored to strategic audience segments both locally, domestically, and internationally, if applicable.
• Deliverables may include but are not limited to:
o One (1) major marketing campaign;
o Monthly social media content and campaign management;
o Monthly digital advertising recommendations and performance tracking.
