Private and Public Partnership Services

The Vendor is required to provide private and public partnership services to invite real-estate development firms to express their interest partnering with county on this project as a potential mixed-use private-public partnership development.
- Mixed-use project and economic development
• County is looking for a catalytic mixed-use project that adds economic vitality to our community.
• The project should utilize creative place making methods and architecture to engage public clientele, neighbors, and pedestrians alike.
• Based on the capital funding available, the new services facility must be part of a mixed-use development in either a new construction project or within an existing building adapted for re-use.
• The second use in the development should strive to add to the tax base of the city.
