The Vendor is required to provide to design, build, and deliver a mobile outreach/medical unit to support the Team in providing field-based medical and mental health services to unhoused individuals.
- The vehicle will be used for outreach, consultation, basic clinical and mental health services, care coordination, and referrals in community and street settings.
- General Requirements:
• Total project cost, including vehicle, build-out, equipment, delivery, and warranties, shall not exceed $175,000.
• The mobile unit shall be optimized for outreach and consultation, not a full diagnostic or treatment facility.
• All materials and systems shall be durable, medical-grade, and appropriate for frequent field deployment.
- Intake / Workstation Area
• Dedicated workstation with:
• Desk
• Electrical outlets
• Lockable storage
• Suitable for intake, care coordination, and telehealth use
- Electrical & Power Systems
• Auxiliary battery system to support onboard equipment
• Inverter with AC outlets at workstations
• Shore-power connection
• LED interior lighting throughout
• Electrical system sufficient to support refrigeration, lighting, and IT equipment during stationary outreach operations
• Mobile internet and/or Wi-Fi capability sufficient to support:
• Telehealth services
• Electronic health record (EHR) access
• Mobile documentation and care coordination activities
• Operation of laptops, tablets, and related field technology
• Integrated router, hotspot, cellular modem, or equivalent connectivity solution preferred
