The Vendor is required to provide to develop seasonal strategic advertising plans, website and email marketing, design creative advertising concepts and materials to implement those plans, produce or coordinate the production of the of the advertising.

• Advertising media: bands on the beach, cinemas in the sand, snowbirds beach bash, etc.
• Website & email marketing: sites
• Beach air show: public information, public relation services, and graphic design
• Visitor guide & maps: beach specific collateral
• Public relations
• Agency services
• Production/photography
• Other public information, public relations, graphic design, and special projects as requested.
