The Vendor is required to provide marketing and communication services for develop comprehensive communications to engage new, and reengage previous visitors to the programs, activities and events at the historic works.
- Requirement:
• Monthly schedule of projected messaging around programs and events and targeted traditional and social media outlets for the department
• Execution of the outlined services as required based upon the specific event or program
• Evaluate and submit monthly and quarterly report(s) of the success of the service and strategy via social media polling and evaluation, media hits and requests for interviews, public and donors response to strategy via funding raised for the floating water workshop, increased visitor numbers to specific events and programs
• Recommend and provide content for social media channels and its partner as needed.
• Draw broadcast and other select media to cover events that are highly visual, innovative or unusual.
• Report coverage.
• Submit media results evaluation for each event, including total placements, print impressions, media type, audiences reached, key messages included.
• Create and distribute monthly calendar listings with photos for placement in newspapers and online sites.
• Planned events, generate major placements in key media outlets, i.e., weekly newspaper and online placements, calendar postings and social media posts.
