Recruitment Advertising and Job Distribution Services

The Vendor is required to provide recruitment advertising and job distribution services that will integrate with the County’s workforce management platform, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Responsible for enabling the seamless distribution of job postings created within Oracle Fusion to a broad network of external job boards and recruitment platforms, including public-sector focused electronic job boards, to attract qualified candidates for government positions. In addition to job distribution, the vendor is expected to provide recommendations for optimizing outreach effectiveness.
- The solution must automate the distribution of approved job postings to major job boards, government and public-sector employment sites, and occupation-specific platforms relevant to public employment and the position being recruited.
- Ensure that job content, formatting, and County branding remain consistent across all distribution channels and that postings are updated or removed in alignment with status changes within Oracle Fusion initiated by the County.
- The solution should also support the use of tracking mechanisms, such as campaign identifiers or tracking URLs, to attribute applicant sources within Oracle Fusion.
- Provide robust reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboards and regular reports that detail job posting performance metrics such as impressions, clicks and applications, as well as source tracking aligned with data in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- The solution must include an administrative interface that allows authorized County staff to monitor job distribution status and, where appropriate, adjust posting strategies without requiring extensive manual intervention or the need to leave Oracle Fusion for routine tasks.
- Solutions must meet high standards for system performance, including reliable data synchronization, accurate job posting distribution, and system uptime of at least 99.9 percent.
