Biosolid Product Marketing and Beneficial Reuse Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the provision of biosolids product marketing and beneficial reuse services which includes the hauling and purchase of dried biosolids from the agency.
- Provide all related transportation and unloading of the product.
- Provide weekly and reliable removal of biosolids pellets from the facility and all related coordination with the facility operations staff.
- Distribution and Marketing - Provide all related marketing, selling, and distribution of the dried biosolids to the end user. Vendor shall have an active Fertilizer Reporting permit and a Distribution of Class A Residual permit.
- Trailers – Trailers shall be relatively clean, and free of odors such that they do not create nuisance conditions at Town facilities. Trailers provided shall be capable of hauling up to approximately 22 to 25 dry tons of biosolids pellets.
- Responsible for the clean-up and reporting of any spillage that occurs during transport.
- Have access only to specified locations on-site.
