The Vendor is required to provide promotional item vendor shall serve as a strategic partner to support the airport’s marketing, communications, community engagement efforts and beyond by providing high-quality, on-brand print and promotional items.
1. Product strategy and ideation
• Recommend creative, unique and brand-appropriate promotional items aligned with the airport’s brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Product options across multiple tiers, including event giveaways, premium items, executive gifts, and co-branded merchandise.
• Proactively identify new trends, materials, and innovative products relevant to airport, travel and general audiences.
2. Product sourcing and customization
• Source promotional items from reliable manufacturers and suppliers.
• Manage customization services, including printing, embroidery, engraving and specialty finishes.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and consistency in logo usage, colors and messaging as provided by the authority.
• Provide digital and physical proofs for approval prior to production.
3. Brand compliance and quality assurance
• Brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure products are durable, safe and suitable for public distribution.
• Replace or remedy defective or non-conforming items at no additional cost.
4. Intellectual property and brand protection
• All airport logos, artwork, brand guidelines, designs, messaging, and other branding materials provided by the authority shall remain the property of the authority.
• All airport logos, artwork, brand guidelines, designs, proofs, mockups, digital files, production files, photographs, marketing materials, order history, specifications, and other materials created, customized, developed, or maintained by the selected vendor in connection with authority -branded merchandise shall remain the property of authority and shall be provided to the authority upon request.
5. Production and fulfillment
• Manage production schedules and meet standard and expedited turnaround timelines as required.
• Coordinate printing, packaging, shipping and delivery to designated locations.
• Support bulk orders and multi-location (including international) deliveries as needed for events and activations.
• The ability to support direct shipping, drop shipping, split shipments, and multi-location deliveries when needed, so that items may be delivered directly to the intended location or recipient.
6. Co-branded and premium merchandise
• Support the development of co-branded merchandise with partners, airlines, sponsors or community organizations.
• Premium and limited-run items for executive use, VIP events and special initiatives.
• Ensure co-branded items meet brand standards for all stakeholders.
7. Account management and customer service
• Provide a dedicated account manager as the primary point of contact.
• Promptly to inquiries, quote requests and order updates.
• Maintain clear communication throughout ideation, production and fulfillment phases.
