Promotional and Graduation Products Services

The Vendor is required to provide promotional and graduation items to include but not limited to: awards and recognition products, clothing and embroidery, screen printing, banners, trophies/medals, cords/letters, etc.
- Requirements
1. Awards and recognition products:
• Desk name plates with holders, door and wall name plates with holders, magnetic name badges, pin-style name badges, achievement pins for academics, athletics and clubs, trophies, varsity and school letters, plaques, electronics, certificates, portfolios, frames and borders, as well as medals and ribbons.
2. Promotional products:
• Banners, posters, pens, key chains, coffee mugs, lanyards, stress balls, mouse pads, stickers Frisbees, insulated water bottles, lunch bags, embroidered apparel, screen printed apparel.
3. Customization by customer:
• Imprinting, engraving, embroidering, laser printing and digital printing.
• For items requiring customization, the awarded vendor(s) shall provide design services for artwork as required at no additional charge.
• Any pre-designed artwork will be provided by the customer and shall be accepted by a variety of electronic formats via email or other delivery method.
• All artwork shall remain the property of the customer.
• All logo information will be provided directly to the awarded vendor(s).
