The Vendor is required to provide house event staffing to members of the public before, during and after selected and scheduled events.
- All staff are required to be at their assigned post, ready to begin work, at the shift times listed on agency requested schedule (typically from one (1) hour prior to the start of the event until one half (1/2) to one (1) hour after the event.
- Requirements:
• Arrive on time in appropriate dress for scheduled events.
• Ability and willingness to work on any assignment.
• Be in assigned area by designated time.
• Understand and perform duties of assignment.
• Monitor physical surroundings in assigned area prior to and throughout event for safety, cleanliness and functionality.
• Notify event coordinator or house manager of any concerns.
• Respond quickly and courteously to patrons’ needs, questions, comments or concerns with answers and action.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods, sometimes for the duration of an event.
• Shall act in a courteous, respectable manner that reflects professional customer service.
