The Vendor is required to provide a consultant with expertise and experience working on economic development initiatives to develop, coordinate and implement strategies for attracting and retaining a vibrant commercial base within town.
- These areas include:
• Social Media Program Development and Strategy
• Market Study, Analytics and Incentive Programs
• Events and Marketing
• Training and Capacity Building.
- Ideal Proposers will have Key Employees with expertise in marketing, public engagement techniques, including social media content creation, business recruitment and retention, financial/pro-forma analysis, program development and implementation, permitting approvals and planning best practices as it pertains to commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development.
