- Ideal Proposers will have Key Employees with expertise in marketing, public engagement techniques, including social media content creation, business recruitment and retention, financial/pro-forma analysis, program development and implementation, permitting approvals and planning best practices as it pertains to commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development.
