Public Outreach, Media, and Communications Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional videographers and video production services.
- Event is to establish a pool of qualified vendors to produce compelling, story-driven, short-form video content for public outreach, marketing, and communications for agency and potentially other County departments.
- The content should highlight county services and programs, using a high-quality documentary or corporate storytelling style.
- The objective of this event is to provide the Department the tools and supports necessary to promote the work of the County and inform the public of available services. This will be a multiyear effort with several different campaign messages.
- Campaigns will be generated for use by using social media and geotargeted digital ads, website, and traditional media.
- In addition to English language speakers, the campaign will also reach Spanish-speaking populations initially, and in the future may address other languages.
- Social Media Content: Creation, modification, posting, and management of social media across multiple platforms. Partner social media channels may include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and BlueSky. A portion of the creative content like videos, graphic art and photos may be provided.
- Digital Media Advertising: Purchasing of advertising on social media channels, paid searches, native advertising, and display advertising and websites, not limited to the social media channels, depending on goals and outcomes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Providing regular comprehensive reports of digital analytics for social media and digital advertisements. (Monthly or quarterly based upon agreement for goals).
- Print and other Traditional Media Advertising
• Ability to purchase traditional media to obtain placement in desired media markets and achieve campaign goals, as applicable. This may include print, public transportation, billboards, radio, etc.
• Reporting of ad placement to summarize what and where the advertisements were placed.
- Video/Film content creator
• Create educational/instructional, inspirational/storytelling videos, short films, (live action or animations) that promote County programs.
