The Vendor is required to provide digital marketing and advertising services for include:
- Strategic marketing and advertising
• Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
• Establish measurable performance goals and KPIs
• Identify target audiences and outreach opportunities
- Blog content - minimum two (2) posts per month
• Minimum 800-1,200 words per article
• SEO-optimized with target keywords, meta descriptions, and proper heading structure
• Relevant to authority programs, available properties, community development, housing, or economic revitalization
• Original, well-researched content - no al-generated filler
• Fully edited and proofread by an in-house editor prior to publication
• Formatted and published to authority website and blog platform
• Accompanied by custom-designed graphics or featured images
• Monthly editorial calendar submitted no later than the 25th of the preceding month
- Daily social media management
• Platform-optimized (correct dimensions, character limits, native formats)
• Scheduled via an approved social media management tool
• Submitted for authority approval via a content calendar no later than 5 business days before posting
• Accompanied by relevant hashtags, captions, and calls to action
• Edited in-house before scheduling-outsourcing of content editing is strictly prohibited
