The Vendor is required to provide strategic interagency coordination to mitigate mobility challenges throughout the regional transportation system while delivering major projects.
- This work will support several collaborative workgroups across various teams within agency and other partner agencies, maintaining effective working relationships by providing on-time and organized coordination and engagement with partners.
- This includes project management, strategic planning and coordination, communication planning and coordination, public involvement planning, public information and public education efforts, developing creative concepts, communication production techniques, and expertise in digital communication tools, contact list management, meeting and presentation coordination.
- The consultant will lead the following tasks for up to 30 hours/month:
• Assist the State with strategic planning and coordination
• Create agendas for workgroup meetings in collaboration with meeting leads
• Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics to support the workgroups
• Take notes, coordinate review, and distribution following each workgroup meeting.
• Coordination with presenters and logistics for workgroup meetings, including:
• Outreach and scheduling of presenters
• Prep session coordination
• Coordination with workgroup participants, as needed
• Manage workgroup roster updates
• Manage the Interagency inbox
• Manage and support online file sharing system for Interagency Workgroups
- Coordination, support, and development of additional materials, such as Interagency Plans and internal work plans, to support Interagency planning efforts
- Coordinate, plan for, and address anticipated high impact mobility issues up to six months in the future.
