The Vendor is required to provide airport and travel related marketing, branding, and communication services including, but not limited to, comprehensive and strategic long-term planning, graphic artwork, media buys, campaign development, website innovation, social media, and other electronic advertising.
- Tasks
• Digital media marketing strategy that is measurable, targeted, succinct, and relevant.
• The strategy should be based on various platforms with a clear strategy of implementation and expectations.
• Provide channel for the department of aviation to use when purchasing advertising media from selected companies, but does not prohibit the department of aviation from purchasing advertising outside of this agreement.
• Current up-to-date graphic design work for website, advertising campaigns including, digital media, social media, newspaper ads, billboards, airshow promotional items and other visually based mediums.
• Advertising/promotional companies for media and product purchases.
• Provide relevant consumer analysis information for the region and traveling public.
• Initial script and storyboards drafts for digital media, television/radio commercials and other types of promotions.
• Develop and publish digital and printed marketing materials such as social media campaign and growth strategy content, airport newsletters, direct mailings, press releases and airport regional promotional pieces.
• Plan for and participate in monthly airport advertising strategy meetings.
